SaXcell stems from the belief that by turning used textiles into new textiles we can reduce (or avoid) the depletion of natural resources, which in turn contributes to safeguarding the livelyhoods of future generations.
We
challenge ourselves to design our processes in the most sustainable way possible and share our experience for others to follow suit.
We want to have a positive impact on the environment because we care. The people we work with share a similar level of caring. We simply can’t do it differently.
Innovation is key for solving the problems of the future.
More specifically, we are passionate about turning used textiles
into new textiles and overcome all obstacles in our way through
innovative technologies
and ways of working.
Please check out our technology section for more information on the technological progress we make.
Making the textile industry more sustainable requires collaboration.
It is the only way forward in shaping a more sustainable future,
which is what SaXcell strives for.
It includes collaboration with partners
in the supply chain,
with investors, with research institutes and other stakeholders.
Honesty, open communication and sharing of information contributes to changing industry practices for the better and realizing SaXcell’s mission.
This includes substantiating the positive impact that we make. Even though we
operate in a competitive market, we will disclose information to our stakeholders about the way we operate and how sustainable we believe we are. Being challenged as a result of this will help us to further improve.
SaXcell
is in the process of developing a set of indicators to monitor -and report on- our sustainability achievements. We aim to publish in LCA analysis 2024.
